How I Found My Way Home
For much of my life, I lived disconnected from my body. I learned to push through discomfort, override my intuition, and keep moving even when something inside me needed my attention. On the outside, I often appeared capable and resilient. On the inside, there were parts of me that felt far away from home.
There were seasons when it felt difficult to wake up in the morning. Everything felt heavy. I spent much of my energy trying to stay busy, distracted, or somewhere other than the present moment. I didn't realize then that much of what I was experiencing was a nervous system doing its best to protect me.
Everything began to change when I started listening. Listening to my body, my emotions, and the quiet wisdom beneath all the noise.
Nature became one of my greatest teachers. Through movement, breath, somatic healing, and deep inner work, I slowly learned how to stay present with myself instead of running from what desperately needed my attention in order to move through me and out of me.
The journey wasn't about fixing myself.
It was about rebuilding trust with my body.
Today, I guide others through that same process of returning to themselves through somatic healing, nature immersions, and community.
I believe healing happens when we learn to listen.
And I believe the body remembers the way home.

Somatic Healing Sessions
Rebuild trust with your body, one conversation at a time.
Learn to understand the language of your body and the wisdom held within physical sensations, emotions, and nervous system patterns.
Through gentle guidance, somatic awareness, and compassionate curiosity, we create space for greater presence, resilience, and self-trust.
A session may include conversation, body awareness practices, breathwork, nervous system regulation, and gentle movement. Every session is tailored to your unique needs and guided by what arises in the moment.

These guided immersions invite you to slow down, breathe deeply, and experience the healing power of nature through presence, movement, reflection, and community.
Together, we listen to the land, the body, and the quiet wisdom that emerges when we create space to simply be.
Whether standing beside a waterfall, walking through the forest, or resting beneath an open sky, nature becomes both the teacher and the guide.

Community Gatherings
There is something deeply healing about being witnessed by others walking a similar path.
These gatherings are an invitation to slow down, reconnect with your body, and experience the power of authentic connection in a supportive environment.
Through cacao, guided reflection, Qi Gong, journaling, movement, music, and shared conversation, we create space to listen more deeply to ourselves and one another.
Some gatherings are created specifically for women. Others are open to all who feel called to join.
Together we remember that healing does not happen in isolation.
It happens in relationship.
Upcoming offerings include intimate gatherings around the sacred fire, nature-based experiences, embodiment practices, and community circles designed to nourish both body and soul.

The Inner Spiral Method
A guided journey through the wisdom of the body.
Currently in development.
The Inner Spiral Method is a guided 7-week experience designed to help participants understand the deeper connections between the body, emotions, relationships, and the patterns that shape our lives.
Drawing from Traditional Chinese Medicine, Qi Gong philosophy, attachment theory, somatic healing, inner child work, nervous system education, and years of personal exploration, this course offers a practical framework for understanding the language of the human experience.
Each week focuses on a different set of organs and the emotional patterns commonly associated with them.
Together we explore what these systems tend to hold when they are in balance, how they may express themselves when burdened by unresolved experiences, and how these patterns can influence our thoughts, behaviors, relationships, and sense of self.
Participants learn to recognize survival responses, attachment styles, protective strategies, and recurring life patterns while developing a deeper understanding of the connections between mind, body, and spirit.
At the heart of the course is the Internal Spiral Method—a process for tracing present-day challenges back to their roots.
Rather than simply managing symptoms, participants learn how to uncover the original experiences, unmet needs, beliefs, and emotional imprints that continue to shape their lives beneath conscious awareness.
Through guided teachings, Qi Gong practices, journaling, self-inquiry, group discussion, and somatic exploration, participants develop the tools to navigate their inner world with greater clarity and compassion.
The goal is not to fix yourself.
The goal is to understand yourself.
To learn the ancient maps that connect the body, emotions, relationships, and consciousness so that you can become a more empowered participant in your own healing journey.
Healing rarely moves in a straight line.
Like a spiral, we revisit familiar places from a new level of awareness. Each return offers an opportunity to uncover deeper truths, integrate old wounds, and reclaim more freedom, choice, and self-trust.
